Thermo Logistics was established in 1993 to service the heat exchanger Industry.
After a few years of servicing, manufacture and repair of all types of heat exchanger, it became apparent that the “plate heat exchanger” was a more efficient way of heat transfer and slowly replacing the more traditional type of heat exchanger.
Thermo Logistics decided to invest time, money and equipment to dedicate our workplace, solely for the service of plate heat exchangers.
Since 1993 we have understood the importance of keeping an extensive range of heat exchanger plates and gaskets to suit all industries.
The most important part of our philosophy is that customers are dealt with on a personal basis and can expect to have a prompt response to any inquiry.
Ian Mansell
Myself & John formed Thermo Logistics over 25 years ago after we saw a demand for a true plate heat exchanger service and repair company, which kept enough parts in stock to provide a fast turnaround service for national industries!
Over the years we have grown to keep thousands of gaskets and plates for a wide variety of heat exchangers in stock and servicing universities to large ships & hospitals to aquariums!
My pride stems from my personal attitude to our customers and putting them foremost in our methodology and practices. Our goal is to make sure our customers are running constantly and efficiently while providing the fastest response time to any emergency situation.
A large proportion of our customers run critical systems, for instance hospitals, universities, ships and factories & our business practices are developed with them in mind.
I am deeply proud of the company I have built with John and I look forward to building on the existing business and helping even more mission critical businesses and institutions keep their heat exchangers running
John Stokes
My passion is heat exchangers & I, with Ian; focus on building long term working relationships, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. My drive is providing the best possible service and solutions for our customers, enabling their business to run as efficiently as possible.
When Ian and I started Thermo Logistics over 25 years ago, we saw the need for a heat exchanger service company that could to get the job done; delivering results and timescales to those businesses required to keep everything running smoothly.
Our concept was simple – Fast efficient service and repair of heat exchangers. It was a solid business model that has driven the success of Thermo Logistics and the growth we have enjoyed.
We work to methods to better service our customers & give them more, so because we buy gasket stock in bulk, perform services on site and have our own custom designed workshop, we have also been able to develop strong working relationships with suppliers, bringing the price advantage to our customers!
Thermo now supply practically every industry type and maintain large and small heat exchangers alike, keeping our clients facilities running smoothly & minimising their downtime, as we understand this costs vital time & money.
