Plate Heat Exchanger Crack Detection and Dye Penetrant Testing

During the plate heat exchanger crack detection process each plate is subjected to the Dye Penetrant test. This will detect any cracks or corrosion. Plates are also thoroughly inspected for fatigue, pitting and any other irregularities.
